Use of Services

Customers may use our services to obtain quotes, book shipments, and track their shipments. Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services.
Quotes
VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS provides quotes based on the information provided by the customer. The quote is an estimate and subject to change based on carrier availability, fuel surcharges, accessorial charges, and other factors. VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in quotes provided to the customer.
Bookings
Customers may book shipments through VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipment is ready for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location. If the shipment is not ready or if the carrier is unable to pick up the shipment, the customer may be charged a fee. VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the customer's failure to comply with this provision.
Payment
Customers are responsible for paying all charges related to the transportation of their shipments. Payment must be made in full before the shipment is released to the carrier. VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS accepts payment by credit card, wire transfer, or ACH. Customers who fail to make timely payment may be subject to late fees, interest charges, and other fees.
Rates and Payment
VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS will provide you with a rate quote for the transportation of your goods. The rate quote is based on the information provided by you and is subject to change if there are changes to the shipment or transportation conditions. Liability
VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS is not a carrier and does not transport goods. VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS is a brokerage company that matches carriers with customers. VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS is not responsible for loss or damage to the shipment, delays in transit, or any other issues related to the transportation of the shipment. Customers are responsible for obtaining insurance to cover their shipments.
Liability and Insurance
VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS is not a carrier and does not own or operate any vehicles. We are not responsible for the transportation of your goods or for any loss or damage that may occur during transportation. We recommend that you obtain cargo insurance to protect your goods during transit.
Limitation of Liability
VSFREIGHTSOLUTIONS will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or our brokerage services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount of the fee paid for the services.
